Our success story began over sixty years ago with the founding of a processing company in southern South Tyrol, supported by local fruit cooperatives. Their goal: to join forces to transform apples that were too small or too large into high-quality products.

nuvela is a product of one of the world leaders in apple processing and refinement.

Today, we are among the world leaders in apple processing and refinement. From this experience comes our ability to develop solutions that go far beyond classic products – like nuvela apple flour.
